Rafting on the Kosi River takes you to a different high, one provided by nature in the form of waves and the flow of the river. It is subject to permission by the Forest Authorities. It is only organized during monsoons in Corbett.
In this activity one is taught to climb on to rocks with the help of ropes and karabiners, while in rappelling one comes down the rocks with the help of ropes and karabiners. These are very good activities to help overcome height phobias.
In this activity, one wears a harness and slides from a bridge with the help of a rope into a river.
Here, a rope is tied from one end of the river to the other and one crosses the river while hanging on to the rope. From the other set of parallel ropes, one comes back (traversing) standing on one rope and holding on to the other rope.
In this activity, bicycles are provided and an accompanying guide takes you through the forest trail and the village trail in the Sitavani Reserve Forest Area.
