As per the current Government guidelines:

Traveling to Uttarakhand –
Uttarakhand is now open for all tourists. Guests can now enjoy their stay without any restrictions. No COVID test is required. Guests are only needed to do a mandatory registration on Uttarakhand's web portal -http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in prior to their visit.

YOUR SAFETY! OUR PRIORITY!

All touchpoints in public areas like a door handle, elevator buttons, countertops, tabletops, railings, etc. are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer/disinfectant. These practices are also in place in guest rooms during the morning housekeeping service and at turn-down in the eveningProtocols are in place for staff in the kitchens, restaurants, In-Room dining, business centers, and banquet halls to sanitize their hands every time they serve food or touch food-related items
Updated and detailed cleaning checklists, including the use of professionally identified chemicals and agents for all areas including laundry, are being followed and monitored closelyAll supplies and materials are sanitized before being admitted into the hotel premises
Correctly formulated hand sanitizers are in place in all guest rooms and at all public spaces and include the entrances, lobbies, corridors, business centers, cloakrooms, etc.Our cars are disinfected after each use, as is luggage, before entering the hotel
Masks and disposable gloves are being worn by all team members at all times and changed frequently. Housekeeping staff use fresh gloves for every room they serviceRestaurants and seating in the lobby have been reconfigured to ensure safe distances are maintained between guests
Temperature readings of guests and associates are taken at the entrance of the hotelA guest check-in self-declaration form is in place which covers COVID-19 symptoms. Any guest who indicates these symptoms is required to undergo a medical examination prior to check-in
If any of the parameters for our guests or colleagues are not normal, a medical examination and medical assistance are provided immediatelyProfessional agencies and doctors are on standby for sanitization of all areas should there be anyone detected with a positive sign of COVID-19
Detailed Standard Operating Procedures are in place in case of a positive COVID-19 diagnosis where a guest or a colleague needs to be quarantined

CONTACTLESS STAY 'N' SERVICE

Our hotel rooms/resort villas are thoroughly sanitized, fogged, and sealed until your arrivalShould you require face masks the same may be provided in your room, to be used in the outdoors
Valet parking services are discontinued temporarilyMinibar items will be provided upon request
Evening service shall be provided on request.Linen change for guest rooms would be on request only, else on the 2nd day by default to avoid unnecessary changes during your stay.
All open pathways, entrance areas, spaces in and around the hotel and resort premises are regularly fumigated and sprayed with required bio-degradable chemicals for extra safety.Each night all indoor public areas are completely pressure sprayed for extra precaution over and above the standard cleaning cycles.
Paper amenities/certain guest supplies/cosmetics have been kept to a minimum in your rooms and areas to reduce unnecessary touchpoints & shall be made available upon request.All public areas, common touchpoints and surfaces through our properties are cleaned multiple times a day with specified sanitizers.
The facility of check-out may be executed from your personal smart device, at your convenience. Invoices for both your room and other services shall be made available to you in a paperless format vide email/contact number removing the need for you to queue at the reception/lobby.You will have the facility to settle all bills vide payment gateways/contactless card/money apps.

DINING & SAFETY

Our properties shall offer table d'hôte menus with food service at your tables while dining as buffets are not the norm for the time being. You may also opt for in-room dining which we shall be happy to provide. Our evening hi-tea sessions at the resorts will be in open areas alongside activities allowing you to enjoy yourselves without worry.Indoor & outdoor activities / services / adventures / concierges / menus will be made available in digital format on your smart devices.
Our restaurant and public area seating have been rearranged to adhere to safe distancing.Morning yoga/meditation sessions will be in spacious surroundings accompanied by natural antioxidantImmunity Building beverages.

To ensure all standards and protocols are adhered to, each hotel has a dedicated Hygiene and Safety Manager.
 
Our Flexi Amendment & Cancellation Policy:
 
Leisure Hotels Group is committed to ensuring our customers' experience ease during these uncertain times in their booking process. For any of your reservation requirements, Leisure Hotels shall waive of all cancellation charges till 48 hours (2 Days) before your day of arrival. No Refund for Cancellation within 48 hours of the date of arrival. A one-time amendment is allowed without any charges.
