Arrival and Departure Policy
Check-In - 1300 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed
early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the
previous night.
Check-Out - 1100 Hrs
Later check-outs are available on request and are subject to
availability. If arrival time is not mentioned, the
reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.
Confirmation of Bookings
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by
a Credit Card or full advance needs to be deposited by the
Guest or their representative travel agents at our Delhi
office. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
However following deductions would be levied:
15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival - 50% of the total package cost.
30 Days & More- No Deductions would be levied.
Guarantee and cancellation policy for reservations from 23rd December, 2011 to 3rd January, 2012
For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charges, is required within 7 days of making a reservation.
Payment of balance, 50% of the entire accommodation charges, is required at least 45 days prior to arrival. This amount will also be non-refundable.
If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
Child Policy
Two children, up to 5 years of age, can stay in their parents' room without an additional charge. However, no extra bed will be provided. Extra bed for children will be @ ` 1000 per night per bed.
Any extra occupancy between 6-12 years of age will be charged @ ` 1500 per night above 12 years `2000
Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/ their representative travel agent or tour operator at our Office only.
All the Rates mentioned are valid for Indian Nationals Only. Tariff for Foreign Nationals/ NRIS are on request.
Check Out Timing- 1100 Hrs; Check In Timing- 1300 Hrs. If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.
