Hotel Policies

RESERVATIONS:
Booking Confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/their representative travel agent or tour operator at our office only. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Within 15 days of Arrival Date/No show: No refund however following deduction would be levied.
 
15-30 Day prior to Arrival – 50% Retention of the total package cost.
 
30 days or more – No deduction would be levied.
 
Early departures and/or same day cancellations are subject to a charge of the total stay. No refund shall be made for unused facilities or for any service not provided due to any reason beyond our control.
 
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check in time is 14:00 hrs. If an earlier or later check in is needed, please let us know in advance. Check out is 11:00 hrs. Guests may leave their belongings and retrieve them later in the day.
 
PAYMENT:
We accept all major cards except American express.  An 8.4% service sales tax is added to all room totals.

MEALS:
A full breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Please let us know when making your reservation if you have any dietary concerns and we will modify your breakfast.

PARKING:
We have complementary on-site parking for our guests. Upon arriving follow the driveway to the parking area. Driver can be accommodated in nearby Guest houses (Charges Applicable). As a policy we do not accommodate driver/ayahs/maids/nannies at the resort.
 
SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. However Guests are welcome to smoke outside on the deck
 
Please Note:
Aloha on the Ganges is a non alcoholic establishment. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the resort premises.
As per government directives all the guests are required to present government issued proof of identity at the time of check in failing to which, hotel reserves the rights of refusal.
